Got in to LA yesterday very excited to get the weekend started.
Started this morning listening to Hall Davidson of Discovery Education speak about the evolution of the text book and what it truly means to be digital (digital is real-time updates, not because something is on a CD).
And now I get to hear Daniel Pink speak.
And why does this matter? I've been here barely 24 hours am already knee-deep in education awesome. Some folks wonder why people get so excited about conferences like these. This is why. The access to people, to their knowledge. The opportunity to be in front of 9,000 great educational minds. To meet, greet, connect, share, learn...
I'm looking forward to a great few days of learning.
